How long have you been in education and what positions have you had?
I have been teaching for 12 years. In my twelve years I have had the honor to teach second grade, third grade, K-5th reading intervention, and instructional coaching.
What is the most unexpected challenge you have faced in this role?
Be flexible. Be organized. Be authentic. But most importantly, expect the unexpected.
What is one skill you would love to learn and why?
The most unexpected challenge I have faced in this role is the constant moving of offices. I would love to learn how to create apps to better support teachers.
